This year the SnowBall will be 5 years old. If you have never heard about the Snow Ball, it has been an annual event held between Christmas and New Year, in luxurious hotel surroundings, to celebrate the end of the year in style. Featuring the finest suits and ball gowns/dresses and socialising, a 3 course Caribbean meal, listening to good live music and dance, while fellowshiping together. This year it takes place at Manchester United's Manchester suite,on Saturday 29th December. The chosen charity this year is the Sickle Cell Society. There will also be a tour of the ground available at a cost of £5. Tickets are £40 with the option of paying half before October 31st and the balance by November 30th.

Teens for Children Relief, is a dynamic organisation made up of sixth formers and students wanting to make a real difference to the world by raising money and awareness for some of the worlds most needy causes, through organising events. This year's main event is to be held in aid of Face the World, a charity which raises money for underprivileged children with facial disfigurements and birth defects to come to the world's specialists cranio-facial/plastic surgeons for life-changing treatment. Lisa is on the bill and hopes you'll come down and support this worthy cause too.
